Pizza and mocktails as first residents move in at Ladden Garden Village

To celebrate the completion of our first homes with Barratt Developments at Ladden Garden Village in Bristol, we recently hosted a ‘meet and greet’ social event to help customers to get to know one another.
In the courtyard at the heart of the development, local family-run pop-up Ranch Mobile Pizza set up its mobile woodfired oven to offer a range of homemade pizzas, free for everyone. Residents also enjoyed smoothies and mocktails as they met their new neighbours.
We were also on hand with our managing agents to answer any questions and to help them settle into their new community.
With a further 36 homes acquired since the initial announcement of 149 freehold properties two years ago, we’ll be bringing to market a much-needed mix of two, three and four-bed houses in 2024 to support families from across Bristol looking for rental housing.
Andy Hutchinson, Chief Executive Officer of Lloyds Living, said:
“Ladden Garden Village reflects the type of properties we want to offer: well-priced, good quality and with great amenities. But our role doesn’t end when customers move in. We know how important it is to get to know our residents and to make sure that the rental experience we offer suits different lifestyles.”
“As we bring more homes online, we’ll continue to build on that service, and we look forward to watching the community grow at Ladden Garden Village.”
