Residents enter festive spirit at Kenning Brook’s ‘Meet your Community’ event
In the run up to the winter holidays, we hosted a festive gathering at Kenning Brook in Clay Cross, our first development in partnership with Keepmoat, to give customers the chance to meet and get to know their neighbours better.
Independent street food vendors Cheeky Pancakes served their signature mini-Dutch pancakes from their upcycled ‘Cheeky Chariot’, and local children enjoyed goodie bags as an early festive treat.
The event provided an opportunity for the Lloyds Living team to catch up with our customers and help them to feel at home and part of their new community.
Since announcing our partnership with Keepmoat and the launch of our 68 new homes at Kenning Brook, we have continued to increase the supply of high-quality rental houses across the UK, including 49 more Keepmoat-built homes in Gedling, Nottingham.
Andy Hutchinson, Chief Executive Officer of Lloyds Living, said:
“It’s great to see the new community at Kenning Brook coming together and enjoy the festivities. “It’s important that we’re on the ground for our customers as they settle in, and hosting regular events opens conversations with them, allowing us to tailor our services to their needs. The enthusiasm shown by the residents for events like these just shows how valuable they are and why we provide such an extensive community calendar across our portfolio.”
