Once we have received communication from you we will respond within 2 workings days and 24 hours for emergencies.
From time to time things do not go as planned and we will be on hand to help fix any issues.
We will respond to emergencies within 24 hours.
We aim to address urgent repairs within 7 days and routine repairs within 25 days.
We will work with you to ensure a convenient time for us to fix any issues.
We will invest in and maintain our properties to protect them and to ensure that our homes are always of a high standard.
We will work with subcontractors and suppliers who both understand and adopt our values to ensure the highest level of customer service.
We will work with you to resolve any issues informally however we understand that there may be times when you may not be happy with the service we have provided, and we will make it as simple as possible for you to make a complaint.
We take complaints very seriously and want to learn and improve when things go wrong.
We will acknowledge your complaint within 1 working day and will provide you with an outline of our next steps and a timeframe for these steps.

We understand how important it is to feel safe and secure in your home and understand the detrimental impact that anti-social behaviour can have.
We will work swiftly to resolve any issues relating to anti-social behaviour within appropriate legislation.
We ask that you understand your responsibilities with regards to your tenancy.
We are committed to ensuring the health and safety of our customers and will ensure that all properties have the relevant checks before you move in and any issues that arise from these checks are addressed as a matter of urgency.
We will carry out all inspections both inside your home and within the communal areas as required.
We understand that circumstances can change and if you feel that you need help or assistance then please speak with us and we will work with you to find a solution.
We will only use your information for the purposes of which it was collected.
The information which you provide will be stored securely on our systems. Our procedures and our security measures reflect how seriously we take your privacy and confidentiality.
